We look forward to seeing you at our "not-so-traditional" rendition of Christmas music, finishing out the season.
We're performing some beautiful works, including the 4-Poulenc Christmas motets (rarely heard, but definitely worth the trip!).
Fairly regular songs for the season, are the Pearsal "In Dulci Jubilo", Britten's "Hymn to the Virgin" for double choir, and "People Look East", by local composer Stephen Carriciolo.
Of the more traditional, yet fairly unknown, to the general public (sung often in churches), are the Lullaby songs by Howells, Warlock, and my personal favorite, the Suo Gan.
We look forward to performing this program for you on Saturday!
